Central Sales Manager | Central U.S.
Job Purpose

As a key role in the company, the Sales Manager role involves identifying, qualifying and closing enterprise sales opportunities within the Hybrid IT and Cloud Services space. This role offers a strong opportunity for the right candidate to grow their influence in the company as iQuate expands its presence across the US.

Key Accountabilities
  • Build a sales pipeline of opportunities working closely with the other stakeholders within iQuate, to increase revenues within the territory
  • Qualify, follow through and close sales opportunities within assigned region and assigned key accounts
  • Participate in partner opportunities in the assigned region working closely with the iQuate Partner Sales Managers to secure new customers
  • Take ownership for the revenue target in the Central region
  • Continually undertake activities that maximize the opportunity for iQuate solutions and services
  • Documenting critical sales activities and conversations (with customers and partners) in a professional timely manner and ensure update of iQuate’s CRM solution (Salesforce.com)
Skills and Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business to business enterprise software infrastructure sales environment
  • Experienced in Data Centre Operations, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, System Management software solutions/li>
  • Sales experience in major software vendors like Oracle, BMC, ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with current virtualization and cloud services trends impacting IT decision making
  • Highly disciplined approach to organizing activities and priorities
  • Ability to interact with Technical Recommender / Influencers during product and solution evaluations
  • Must demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and have confidence with technology and software
  • Minimum education to Bachelor’s Degree level

Sales Director | Central Region, North America
Job Purpose

The role involves identifying, qualifying and closing enterprise sales opportunities that have been generated by the iQuate Marketing and Business Development teams as well as individually prospecting key accounts within the assigned territory.

Support Engineer | Dublin, Ireland
Reports to: Head of Client Services
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dublin – with shift pattern covering some US hours
About the role

The Support Engineer will be required to act as part of the Support Team supporting our customers both external and internal for a global client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of iQuate Software.
  • Management, configuration and setup of internal environments with the iQuate LAN to support our internal business users and emulate and replicate real life customer configurations.
  • Troubleshoot complex IT queries and providing a rapid response, adhering to in-place SLA’s, for customer issues, calls and emails.
Skills and Experience

What we are looking for:

  • A degree level qualification in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • Eager to learn new skills and take ownership of projects
  • Demonstrated the ability to work independently.
  • 5 – 7 years of related experience
  • Customer Focused with excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills
  • Experience in building effective relationships with clients
  • Demonstrable ability to learn technical information, processes and applications quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and work effectively within a fast-growing organization

The Support Engineer should have a working knowledge of the following technologies:

  • UNIX (Linux, HP-UX, Solaris, AIX etc.) Administration
  • Knowledge of Database technologies (MSSQL or Oracle preferred) and working fluency in SQL
  • Network Protocols, with an understanding of LAN/WAN networking and communications.
  • Enterprise Virtualization technologies (VMWare, IBM Power Virtualization, Solaris Zones, MS Hyper-V, etc.)
  • Experience with public cloud administration (AWS, Azure etc) an advantage
  • Windows OS (Desktop and Server) Administration
  • Knowledge and experience of administering Microsoft IIS.

The successful candidate will join the Support Team in providing technical support to both our internal and external customers. The successful candidate will typically be expected to demonstrate strong organization, communication, analytical and decision making skills.

About the role

The QA Engineer will join the current growing QA team involved in all forms of testing of iQuate’s market leading IT Inventory, Discovery and Measurement product suite. The role will expose you to a myriad of different technological areas: Clustering, Virtualization, RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL, DB2, etc), Windows, *nix, etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and analyze manual testing
  • Setup and maintain test environments
  • Evaluate product functionality and create test strategies and test cases to assess product quality
  • Quickly gain product knowledge and become a product expert
  • Work as part of a scrum team within an Agile environment
  • Interact with product management and development teams to develop a strong understanding products
Skills and Experience
  • A degree in computing or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ commercial experience working in software testing
  • ISTQB Certification beneficial
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands on SQL skills
  • Strong interest in software testing and willingness to learn new skills
  • Automation experience an advantage
