iQuate Opens Paris Office as Part of European Expansion

iQuate, the leading provider of discovery and dependency mapping solutions, has expanded its European operations by opening a new office in Paris. The new office will help service iQuate’s growing business throughout France and will be headed up by Emmanuel Dubois who has extensive experience of the IT sector in France and internationally.

Emmanuel Dubois said, “With our new Paris office, we will be able to support our customers more quickly and efficiently at a time when the French IT market is undergoing significant changes as enterprises seek a greater understanding of their data center infrastructure to help manage applications and services across hybrid cloud-based environments.”

Patrick McNally, CEO of iQuate, commented, “We are delighted to open a new office in one of the largest IT markets in Europe as it undergoes huge change. iQuate’s discovery and dependency mapping solutions will be invaluable to French organizations as they become more agile and service-centric in the way they manage their IT infrastructure.”

The French office has already embarked on a recruitment drive to build a team that will work as part of iQuate’s wider EMEA strategy, going to market with propositions built on three key pillars:

  • IT Transformation and Cloud Infrastructure Management
  • IT Operations and Service Management
  • Software License Compliance and Optimization

Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, iQuate operates globally with international offices already established in London, UK, and San Francisco, USA.  “We are a global business,” said Patrick McNally, “addressing the universal challenges that organizations face as they adapt to changes in the way IT is delivered and consumed across their data centers.”

iQuate receives Application Certification from ServiceNow

iQuate, a leading provider of discovery and dependency mapping solutions, has received certification of its iQSonar application with ServiceNow.  Certification by ServiceNow signifies that iQSonar has successfully completed a set of defined tests focused on integration interoperability, security and performance. The certification also ensures that best practices are utilized in the design and implementation of iQSonar with ServiceNow.

Patrick McNally, CEO of iQuate, commented,  “We are delighted to receive ServiceNow certification for iQSonar. It reinforces our leading role in discovery and dependency mapping in large-scale virtualized organizations at a time when they need the expertise of iQuate and ServiceNow to deliver a more agile, service-centric IT infrastructure.”

Certification with ServiceNow will benefit iQuate’s extensive customer base, adding to the rich functionality they already enjoy with iQSonar. For organizations struggling to retain accurate visibility of their IT infrastructure and dependencies, iQSonar plays an important role in controlling costs and minimizing time spent on integration and optimization projects.

With ServiceNow certification, iQSonar is able to populate ServiceNow’s CMDB (Configuration Management Database) with a rich inventory of assets and dependencies that can be used to deliver key IT and operational advantages including:

  • IT Transformation and Cloud Infrastructure Management
  • IT Operations and Service Management
  • Software License Compliance and Optimization

Poor or inaccurate understanding of data center complexity limits an enterprise’s ability to execute on its IT strategies. “iQSonar enables ServiceNow customers to address some of the critical IT challenges they face today as enterprise-defined data centers and web-scale architectures become the new normal,” added McNally.
