Executive Team
John is CloudSphere’s CEO and board Chairman and is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and execution. John has deep expertise in bringing nascent technologies to market, and his experience spans many of the Internet’s foundational technologies, including pioneering companies in fiber optic networks (NextLink), streaming (RealNetworks) and search and mobile (InfoSpace). John’s leadership roles span seed-stage startups through IPOs and public companies.
Most recently, John was founder and CEO of Aiqudo, a pioneer in the Voice AI space that voice-enabled mobile applications. Aiqudo was acquired by Peloton, Inc. in 2021. Past roles include the strategic transformation of InfoSpace through a series of M&A transactions, and business development and corporate development roles building RealNetworks and NextLink.
As Chief Product Officer, Matt is responsible for ensuring the success of Cloudsphere’s Delivery Partners. He is one of the early contributors to cloud applications and services, beginning with his notable work for technology giants such as Apple, Hewlett-Packard and Xerox, and has built and led large product development teams as VP of Engineering at Panasonic Cloud Entertainment and VP of Engineering at Canal+ Technologies. Matt holds a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering at California State University, San Jose; a Management Certificate (MDE) in Business Management/ Entrepreneurship at the University of California, Los Angeles, Anderson School of Business; a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s of Science Equivalency/Computer Science at California State University, Chico (program via Hewlett Packard).
Stephanie Miles, CloudSphere’s Chief Revenue Officer and VP of Alliances, brings over two decades of expertise in cloud computing, SaaS, and strategic alliance management. She excels across diverse sectors including Financial Services, healthcare, and public sector.
As Alliance Director for AWS Americas at EPAM Systems, Stephanie launched their Strategic Collaborative Agreement. At Imperva, as Sr. Manager of Cloud Service Providers, she implemented a customer-centric model, projecting 109% YoY growth.
At Cloudamize Software, Stephanie’s leadership as AWS Global Alliance Manager yielded impressive results: 233% YoY bookings growth, a $10M AWS agreement, and a Strategic Collaborative Agreement in 2021. She engaged 70+ AWS System Integrators, created the Cloudamize AWS Marketplace presence, and achieved AWS Competency for Migration and Modernization.
Stephanie holds degrees from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, University of Oxford, and University of San Francisco, and completed the No-Code AI/ML Data Science Solutions program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Ciaran is Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for CloudSphere’s finance and HR operations. Prior to CloudSphere, Ciaran was CFO with Information Mosaic where he structured over $20m in funding and set up and grew the India operation to over 100 employees. Prior to that, he was CFO with Datalex Plc for 10 years, where he led the finance function through a significant growth phase including 12 acquisitions and over $100m in funding including a listing on Nasdaq and the Irish Stock Exchange.
As Chief Technology Officer, Paul is responsible for the company’s technical vision and strategy with a focus on delivering product offerings that are innovative, best-in-class and, above all, client focused. Prior to CloudSphere, Paul held senior technology and management roles at Logica, S1 Corporation, Allianz and Macquarie Group across Europe and Asia Pacific, where he gained a reputation for outstanding technology leadership and strategy.
